• 250g Dell’Ugo Porcini Mushroom & Spinach Ravioli (or any vegan ravioli)
For the tomato sauce:

• 🫑 1 green pepper, diced
• 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 🧅 1 onion, finely chopped
• 🔥 1 roasted red pepper (from a jar), sliced
• 🌶️ ½ tsp paprika
• 🌿 Handful of fresh spinach
• 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
