No-Bake Peanut Butter Banana Granola Bites
Vegan + Easy
Looking for a quick, no-fuss snack that’s naturally sweet, energy-boosting, and made from simple pantry bits? These no-bake peanut butter banana granola bites are a total win. They’re vegan, gluten-free (as long as your granola is), and perfect for breakfast on the go, post-workout fuel, or a mid-afternoon coffee break.
The best part? No food processor. No faff. Just a bowl, a spoon, and a handful of wholesome ingredients.
Makes: 12 – 15 bites
What You’ll Need
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup granola (preferably a simple one, not overly sugary or clumpy)
• ½ cup smooth peanut butter
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1–2 tablespoons each: sunflower seeds & pumpkin seeds (optional, if you want extra crunch or nutrition)
Ripe banana – adds natural sweetness and helps bind everything together.
Peanut butter – for protein, healthy fats, and a creamy texture.
Oats + granola – we used a combo to stretch out what we had in the cupboard (use what you’ve got!).
Cinnamon + vanilla – for warmth and flavour.
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds – optional, but they add a satisfying crunch.
How to Make Them
1. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth..
3. Add oats, granola, cinnamon, and seeds (if using).
4. Mix until combined – add a splash of water if it’s too dry, or more oats if it’s too sticky.
5. Roll into balls and pop them in the fridge for an hour to firm up.
That’s it! They’re ready to enjoy.
Tips and Variations
They’ll keep in the fridge for 4–5 days and are great as a grab-and-go snack.
Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter.
Add a handful of raisins or chopped dates if you like it sweeter.
