Pear, Pineapple, Beetroot Juice

Ingredients

• 2 Apples
• 2 Pears
• 1 small Pineapple – peeled
• 2 small or 1 large Beetroot
• 5-6 leaves Swiss Chard

Method

• Run all ingredients through a juicer
• Serve over ice
