Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter – smooth or crunchy
  • ½ cup plant based milk of choice – I used oat milk
  • ¼ cup (or handful) blueberries
  • ¼ cup (or handful) raspberries
  • ½ banana – frozen or fresh

Toppings

  • Sliced banana
  • Chia seeds
  • Hazelnuts or sliced almonds
  • Goji berries
  • Chopped dates
  • Sesame seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together in a nutribullet or blender
  • Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl
  • Top with your favourite toppings or some (or all) of the above suggested toppings
