Ingredients
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter – smooth or crunchy
- ½ cup plant based milk of choice – I used oat milk
- ¼ cup (or handful) blueberries
- ¼ cup (or handful) raspberries
- ½ banana – frozen or fresh
Toppings
- Sliced banana
- Chia seeds
- Hazelnuts or sliced almonds
- Goji berries
- Chopped dates
- Sesame seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a nutribullet or blender
- Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl
- Top with your favourite toppings or some (or all) of the above suggested toppings
