Ingredients
- ½ cup all-natural almond butter
- ¼ cup agave
- ½ cup finely chopped raw almonds or almond flakes
- 2½ scoops vegan vanilla protein powder of choice – I use Vega vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. mini semi-sweet (or dark chocolate) chocolate chips or 1 Tbsp cacao
Instructions
- Combine almond butter, agave, almonds, protein powder, and chocolate chips or cacao powder in a medium bowl
- Mix well
- Roll 14 equal-sized balls (about 1-inch diameter each) of dough onto plate
- Refrigerate for 15 mins
