Ingredients

  • ½ cup all-natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup agave
  • ½ cup finely chopped raw almonds or almond flakes
  • 2½ scoops vegan vanilla protein powder of choice – I use Vega vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. mini semi-sweet (or dark chocolate) chocolate chips or 1 Tbsp cacao

Instructions

  • Combine almond butter, agave, almonds, protein powder, and chocolate chips or cacao powder in a medium bowl
  • Mix well
  • Roll 14 equal-sized balls (about 1-inch diameter each) of dough onto plate
  • Refrigerate for 15 mins
