๐ 1/4 cup vegetable stock (if needed)

๐ 1 ripe avocado, sliced
๐ 1/2 cup guacamole or avocado crema
๐ Fresh coriander, chopped
๐ Lime wedges
How to Make It:
1๏ธโฃ Sautรฉ the aromatics โ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 3-5 minutes, until soft. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
