Ingredients.
- Pitta bread
- Homemade Houmous
- Pickled red cabbage
- Gherkins – sliced
- Falafel sausage – from Costco
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Homemade Tahini dressing
- Homemade Lebanese Tabbouleh
Method
- Split pitta in half (lighlty warm in toaster or oven)
- Spread houmous on one side
- Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumber, gherkins, avocado & falafel
- Drizzle tahini dressing over everything
- Serve with tabouleh, mixed green salad and/or a side order of fries
