Black bean spaghetti makes a refreshing change from wheat pasta and is a good alternative for a gluten free diet.

This meal is easy and quick to make and is a staple in our house for busy evenings on days when I haven’t had a chance to get into the kitchen to cook from scratch.

Black bean pasta

Ingredients

  • Black bean spaghetti
  • Tomato pasta sauce
  • Green pitted olives
  • Vegan parmesan style cheese

Instructions

  • Cook pasta as directed on packet
  • Heat sauce
  • Combine pasta and sauce
  • Stir green olives into sauce
  • Top cooked pasta and sauce with vegan parmesan cheese
