This meal is easy and quick to make and is a staple in our house for busy evenings on days when I haven’t had a chance to get into the kitchen to cook from scratch.
Ingredients
- Black bean spaghetti
- Tomato pasta sauce
- Green pitted olives
- Vegan parmesan style cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed on packet
- Heat sauce
- Combine pasta and sauce
- Stir green olives into sauce
- Top cooked pasta and sauce with vegan parmesan cheese
