Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) walnuts
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 mL) pomegranate molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions


In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, and garlic. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.

Add the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt to the food processor. Pulse until everything is well combined and the mixture has a smooth, creamy consistency.
