Ingredients

  • ½ red cabbage – shredded or sliced finely
  • ½ white cabbage – shredded or sliced finely
  • ½ red onion – shredded or sliced finely
  • 2 carrots – grated or sliced finely
  • Vegan mayonnaise

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season to taste. Chill for 30 mins before serving.
