Ingredients
- ½ red cabbage – shredded or sliced finely
- ½ white cabbage – shredded or sliced finely
- ½ red onion – shredded or sliced finely
- 2 carrots – grated or sliced finely
- Vegan mayonnaise
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season to taste. Chill for 30 mins before serving.
